Bonnie Mineo
“After working in graphic design for 20 years, I received a BFA and Diploma from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Working in my studio in Fort Point, my paintings, prints and mixed media works are inspired by my journeys and travels, evoking the chromatic character of places in textures and abstract forms. In my work and in my classes, ideas are followed intuitively, creating new relationships with colors, shapes, and textures as they come together and converge on canvas, paper, and wood panels. I am also involved in several on-going collaborative projects with groups of artists working within a theme to create unique books and collections.” Mineo has been an instructor at the DeCordova Museum School since 2004.
