Sally McCarthy
Sally McCarthy earned a BFA and MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She demonstrates
extensive teaching experience obtained at institutions such as Wheaton
College and the University of Massachusetts. As former owner of Mosaic Design, Inc., she has also worked as an Art Director, Designer, and
Illustrator. Currently, Sally McCarthy paints in her studio, exhibits
her work and is an artist member of the South Shore Art Center. She
also continues to freelance in the Boston area. With a strong
background in graphics and the fine arts, McCarthy is able to cover
most artistic mediums and convey their main components to her students. She has been teaching at the DeCordova Museum School since 2004.
